We accept payment by invoice from Local Authorities, voluntary organisations and established private companies. Private individuals should enclose a cheque with all orders including VAT (if in the EC) and postage (see our order form).

Goods which prove unsatisfactory for any reason can be returned within 30 days for a full refund / variation to the invoice. We do not supply evaluation copies other than for reviews for publication. Organisations wishing to evaluate any product should place an order with our normal invoicing procedures, only returning the item if it proves unsatisfactory.
